This tool can be used to add comments or instructions
to documents prior to review, edit or annotate documents prior to distribution, and highlight, blackout, circle or add notes to OCR scanned documents for conversion to MS-Word and internet browser files.

With eCopy Desktop, scanned documents, once converted to electronic file, can be combined with other electronic files like Excel, Word, or any number of windows applications, which can later be saved with indexed text for easy retrieval, storage, and searching capabilities. Upon distribution, scanned documents can be exported or sent utilizing existing email, fax, or Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
