World-leading pharmaceutical company installs ReadSoft’s software in 100 countries

After signing a global agreement with a leading pharmaceutical company in 2004, ReadSoft is now launching the global rollout of Document Automation solutions within the group. In total, the agreement is intended to cover as many as 7.5 million invoices a year. Already the client is using the SAP integrated solution to automatically process invoices in 15 countries. In total the agreement regards installation in over 100 countries. The value of the agreement exceeds 4 MUSD over a couple of years, making it one of the largest for ReadSoft to date.

The global agreement means that this pharmaceutical giant, which wishes to remain anonymous at this time, is optimizing accounts payable processes using ReadSoft's SAP integrated solution. The INVOICES software is installed at financial departments in the group and is tightly integrated with the SAP Business System. ReadSoft’s global SAP partner Ebydos provides the actual SAP integration, as well as the authorization workflow.

The packaged ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices business solution is the customer’s preferred choice and offers an easy path to the many values associated with electronic invoice processing.
